We do not eat all plant that grows out of the ground. Some plants that grow are POISON, not PLANTS for Eating.
But did you know there are many kinds of poisons? Potassium cyanide will kill you very quickly. Some poisons will result in death within a few hours or a few days. But very few seem to know there are other poisons people mistakenly eat as foods which result in premature death after continuous usage for, say, ten, or thirty, or fifty years. The only difference between these poisons we falsely call foods and potassium cyanide is the relative number of minutes, hours, or years it takes to accomplish its mission. Just as every plant that God caused to grow out of the ground was not designed for food, so it is with animal flesh. Some will say, "Well, if swines flesh isnt supposed to be eaten as food, what did God create swine for?" You might as well ask, what did God create weeds and poison vines for? Everything may have been created for a purpose, but not everything for the purpose of eating. Now some believe that in the original Creation in the Garden of Eden God did not intend any animal flesh to be eaten. Gods revelation on that point is vague, and many have argued it both ways. However, God has revealed that certain animal meats are to be eaten as food now, in this age, and Jesus who came to set us an example did eat flesh as well as vegetables and fruits, and so do I.

Did human kind changed after the fall of Human kind?
Certainly mankind had acquired the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden. Adam and Eve’s disobedience, as evidenced by their consumption of the forbidden fruit, was what made God sad. Male and female were originally designed to live forever with God in the Garden. This rebellious act changed man’s relationship to his Creator. But did man’s biochemical makeup also change in the Garden of Eden after the fall? It is interesting to note that most animals have the ability to produce an enzyme that creates vitamin C from sugar molecules in their own body. For this reason, animals don’t experience heart attacks and can live for many years without the attention of a doctor. It is believed that humans also had the ability to make vitamin C at one time, but eventually lost the capacity to make the essential enzyme. Whether eating of the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden had anything to do with this is purely conjecture. But there was obviously some reason why God forbade Adam and Eve from eating the fruit in the middle of Eden. Did the fruit biochemically change mankind forever? Vitamin C may not result in immortality, but a constant supply of vitamin C is likely to lengthen the human life span. Americans consume about 100 milligrams of vitamin C daily. One study conducted at UCLA found 300 milligrams of daily vitamin C, three times the amount provided by the average American diet, can lengthen men’s life span by six years. [Epidemiology 3: 194, 1992] Regardless of biochemistry, man’s rebellion against God’s plan has continued throughout history. The curse of death came upon mankind. The lesson in the Garden of Eden is not about forbidden food, but about defiance and resistance against God.

Healthy ideas for better life
In March 1990, Health and Welfare Canada published its new nutritious recommendations for Canadians which are:
Make your nutrition more enjoyable by variety.
Give the bigger part of your nutrition to cereals, breads and other grain products and also to vegetables and fruits.
Choose more dairy products, meats and more lean foods.Try to obtain and maintain a healthy weight by being active regularly and by eating healthy.Consume salt and caffeine in moderation. With a little imagination, it is possible to improve our nutrition and to vary our daily menus. To feel physically fit and obtain the necessary nutrition for good health, variety is the secret to a balanced diet. We should consume nutrients of every group of the Healthy Food Pyramid each day:
Grain Products: include all kinds of breads, cereals, rice and pasta. They mainly supply Vitamin B Complex and fibre.Fruits and Vegetables are a source of dietary fibre, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.Dairy Products are important for bone development of adolescents and maintenance of bone structure of adults. It contains mostly calcium and protein. Meat and Meat Substitutes are an excellent source of iron and protein. All meats, fish, tofu, legumes and nuts.Fats and refined sugar may be consumed in moderation.
Later on we are going to present to you some healthy menus, balanced according the Healthy Food Pyramid. We also propose ways to convert so called “standard” menus into more health-conscious ones. Our philosophy is that the pleasure of eating well does not have to be complicated!
