What does the Holy Bible says aboutthe real way of Nursing Mothers

A few years ago it was "out of fashion" for mothers to nurse their babies. The Nestle Company was severely chastised in the American natural health press for selling an infant formula in Africa that lacked necessary nutrients. Thousands of malnourished babies with permanent brain damage resulted. We never saw the Nestle Company recant. With problems of clean water and sanitation in Third World countries, the last thing they need is to bottle-feed their babies. What the Almighty created to be a natural process, and which almost every woman is physically able to do, some reject as an "old fashioned" custom. The Bible stands forever. Nursing is the Bible way. Scientifically, it is the superior method.
I Thessalonians 2:7 (NKJV), "But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children." (See also verse 11.)
Moses complained to Yahweh for all he had to put up with, leading the children of Israel out of Egypt. "Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the suckling child, unto the land . . . ," Numbers 11:12. Jacob blessed Joseph with "blessings of the breasts, and of the womb," Genesis 49:25. Of the Messiah, David prophesied, "But thou art He that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope [margin: keptest me in safety] when I was upon my mothers breasts. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mothers belly," Psalm 22:9-10.
Ephraims punishment is "a miscarrying womb and dry breasts," Hosea 9:14. The Eternal can teach knowledge to those weaned from the milk and drawn from the breasts, Isaiah 28:9-11. God will never forsake His own, Isaiah 49:15, "Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee." To those that flee during the Great Tribulation, " . . . woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!" Matthew 24:19, Luke 23:29.
To Jesus, " . . . a certain woman of the company . . . said unto Him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But He said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it," Luke 11:27-28. Psalm 8:2 (cited by Christ in Matthew 21:16) reminds us that "out of the mouths of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength."

As Shirley was nursing Amanda, there was certainly the feeling of strength and security in our lives. Nursing is beneficial to mother and baby. It is a wonderful thing the Almighty has created. A far cry from artificial methods. As Amanda was safe and secure in her mothers arms, so we should be reminded that we are even more safe in the Eternals bosom.

CONCLUSION

As we watched our little bundle of joy wiggle and coo, we wouldnt trade what we went through for anything in the world. Sure it was labor. And it continues to be labor as we care for and raise the new baby. But, this is as it should be.
"Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which He hath given thee . . . for that is thy portion in this life, and in the labor which thou takest under the sun," Ecclesiastes 9:9.
We encourage couples to have their children as naturally as possible, without drugs, medications and other unnatural methods. The mother should nurse the baby if at all possible. Prepare for the birth of your child, and for the many years thereafter of rearing them with love and discipline in the Eternals ways. Take the awesome responsibility to train up a child in the way he should go, so even when he is old he will not depart from it.

what did the Holy Bible says about Vegetarian Diet

While the Jewish people were in imprisonment in Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, the Babylonian king, recruited the most talented and intelligent young Jewish boys to serve in his palace. They were forced to adopt the customs and religious practices of the Babylonians. The Jewish diet was largely comprised of plant foods because of prohibitions against consumption of unclean meats. So thorough were the attempts to brainwash these young men of their former culture and faith in God, that four boys were given new names by the king and became known as Belteshazzar (Daniel), Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. The king lured the cooperation of these young men by setting aside daily rations of the “king’s food,” choice meat and wine. But Daniel resisted the king’s food, insisting he would not defile himself, since the meat offered by the king had been sacrificed to idols first.
The commander in charge of the boys feared they would become pale and less energetic than other boys who consumed the king’s selected foods. “I am afraid of my lord the king, who has appointed your food and your drink; for why should he see your faces looking more haggard than the youths who are your own age? Then you would make me forfeit my head to the king,” said the commander.
But Daniel responded by saying: “Please test your servants for ten days, and let us be given some vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then you let our appearance be observed in your presence and the appearance of the youths who are eating the king’s choice food; and deal with your servants according to what you see.” So he tested them for ten days. And at the end of the ten days their appearance “seemed better and they were fatter than all the youths who had been eating the king’s choice food.” And so the boys continued to eat vegetables, and exhibited unusual intelligence and the king favored them in his service. [Daniel 1: 1-20]

This account in the Book of Daniel is authenticated by modern science. Today there is avid enthusiasm for vegetarianism, particularly due to the emphasis upon eating more fruits and vegetables to maintain health. Although iron in plant foods is 10 times less absorbable compared to iron from meat, the incidence of iron deficiency anemia among vegetarians is not significantly greater than that of meat eaters.

Resent studies confirm that those who avoid consumption of iron-rich animal products and solely consume a plant food diet, do not become anemic. The increased vitamin C in the diets of vegetarians increases iron absorption from plant foods.

A study of 11,000 vegetarians in Britain revealed their mortality rates were one-third lower than meat and dairy consumers.  Another study shows that vegetarians have half the mortality rate from cancer and a 60-percent reduction in cardiovascular disease.

Where should we go to find out the real way of Health?

Health care consumers may ask the question, “whom should we trust for accurate information when it comes to matters of health?” In an interdependent and specialized society, modern man relies upon others to interpret scientific and medical data. But do the interpreters always tell the truth? Most physicians have been taught very limited methods of therapy, so they have little knowledge or experience outside high-tech treatments and patented medicines. If any cures exist outside their experience or training, particularly if those remedies do not require the continued need for doctors, they are likely to be rejected. Home remedies, vitamins and herbal cures are flatly dismissed as being unproven, despite reams of scientific evidence and thousands of years of use in some cases.
For many, to question their doctor is as irreverent as questioning their priest. Yet, consumerism has begun in medicine. Insurance companies and government agencies have begun to require doctors and drug companies to prove their treatments are safe and effective. So there is a growing movement to question conventional medical care. The temples of medicine are crumbling.

Healers have been said to have a special gift. Some are called saints. For most of mankind’s history, health and a godly life were fused. Religious leaders prescribed folk remedies to their flocks. Plagues cut short the human life span, so for a great part of human history man lived under the threat of his imminent demise. Nutritional deficiencies and lack of personal and public hygiene were the hidden causes behind most epidemics. But mankind interpreted sickness as evidence that the reigning gods were unhappy. Mankind pled for mercy and universally came up with the idea of offerings to appease the gods.

Secrets of health, particularly natural remedies placed on earth by our Creator, have often been concealed from the public by kings, politicians, physicians, pharmacists and even religious leaders. Better to be sick and have to rely upon a god, a physician, a king, than to be healthy and independent of the overseers. When royalty held possession of the many herbal compendiums that were published over the ages they were considered part of their inherent omniscience that was to be passed on down through family lines. Kings and queens commissioned explorers to return to their kingdoms with precious herbal remedies from afar.
The pharaohs in Egypt and the emperors in China were quick to mix their magic potions with a variety of herbs to obscure which one held the healing power so the laity would not have this knowledge. But when this knowledge was discovered by the common man and became a threat to the ruler and physicians, it was branded as witchcraft and sorcery and was condemned. Not much has changed over the centuries. In the modern world pharmacological prescriptions are obscured in Latin and any remedy that is not ordered by a physician and dispensed by a pharmacist, that is outside the approved compendium of 3200 drugs, is considered to be unproven and possibly dangerous.
And people are not completely satisfied with the technical advancements of modern medicine, of just prolonging life and postponing death. In the face of all the medical breakthroughs, all of a sudden there is a turn towards alternative medicine and a return to traditional health practices. The use of shamans and health gurus are on the rise and acupuncture, massage therapy, Chinese herbs and mind-body medicine techniques are in vogue. Why?

As spectacular as the advancements in medical technology have been over the past century, there may be limits to progress. Chronic diseases still plague mankind, and longevity has given rise to an array of age-related health problems such as arthritis, diabetes, cancer, and retinal disease, for which modern medicine has few remedies. The “magic bullet” drugs are falling into disfavor with the realization that it costs nearly as much to treat their side effects as it does to purchase them. Medical mistakes are now among the leading causes of death in the U.S. Germs are becoming resistant to antibiotics and health officials fear worldwide plagues. Mankind is still vulnerable to viral epidemics (AIDS comes to mind), which antibiotics are useless against. The Medicare system, which pays for the medical care of retirees, could not afford to provide a cure for cancer even if it were to be developed. Many retirees cannot afford the drugs they are prescribed, and many others do not have health insurance.

So God is the true Dietician, Holy Bible is the best diet prescription manual for all human being on this earth.

Dont eat the Meat with milk

We have to follow the Holy Bible for all our our day to day need. Because Holy Bible is our wonderful guide to us more tahn any other books or gudes in the world God in His love given these wonderful scriptures for our better healthy life here we see a fragment.
There was a prohibition against eating meat cooked in milk. This is repeated three times in the Bible. "Thou shall not seethe a kid in its mother’s milk.” [Exodus 23:19; Exodus 34:26; Deuteronomy 14:21]. Milk contains substances (lactoferrin) that inhibit the absorption of iron. Meat provides the richest source of iron and is an essential nutrient, particularly required for growth of children and for fertile women. Milk and iron-rich foods are not compatible during the growing years, nor for fertile women, and should not be consumed at the same time. When dairy products are consumed with hamburger at the same meal, iron absorption is reduced by 50-60 percent. [European Journal Clinical Nutrition 46: 317, 1992]
So Modern science again confirms this Biblical dietary law for our benefit. If we neglect laws and instrutions like these we ultimately bring damage to our life. After we become sick or lacking in our life we should not blame God.

Vitamins-The Essential for ur Healthy Life

There are several roles for vitamins and trace minerals in diseases:
Deficiencies of vitamins and minerals may be caused by disease states such as mal absorption;
Deficiency and excess of vitamins and minerals can cause disease in and of themselves (e.g., vitamin A intoxication and liver

disease);

Vitamins and minerals in high doses may be used as drugs (e.g., niacin for hypercholesterolemia).
Vitamins are essential for the normal growth and development of a multi-cellular organism. The developing fetus requires certain

vitamins and minerals to be present at certain times. If there is serious deficiency in one or more of these nutrients, a child may

develop a deficiency disease. Deficiencies of vitamins are classified as either primary or secondary.

Primary Deficiency: A primary deficiency occurs when you do not get enough of the vitamin in the food you eat.

Secondary Deficiency: A secondary deficiency may be due to an underlying disorder that prevents or limits the absorption or use of

the vitamin.
Types of Vitamins

Vitamins, one of the most essential nutrients required by the body and can be broadly classified into two main categories i.e.,

water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins.

Water-soluble vitamins
Water-soluble vitamins cannot be stored in the body, so you need to get them from food every day. They can be destroyed by

overcooking. These are easily absorbed by the body. Human body doesn't store large amounts of water-soluble vitamins. B-complex

vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble vitamins that are not stored in the body and must be replaced each day. These vitamins are

easily destroyed or washed out during food storage and preparation. They are eliminated in urine so, body need a continuous supply

of them in diets.

Proper storage and preparation of food can minimize vitamin loss. To reduce vitamin loss, refrigerate fresh produce, keep milk and

grains away from strong light, and use the cooking water from vegetables to prepare soups. An excess of water soluble vitamins

should not result in any side effects as they will disperse in the body fluids and voided in the urine.

Nine of the water-soluble vitamins are known as the B-complex group: Thiamin (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin, Vitamin

B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid and Vitamin C. These vitamins are widely distributed in foods.
Fat-soluble vitamins
The fat-soluble vitamins include vitamins A, D, E and K - since they are soluble in fat and are absorbed by the body from the

intestinal tract. The human body has to use bile acids to absorb fat-soluble vitamins. Once these vitamins are absorbed, the body

stores them in body fat. When you need them, your body takes them out of storage to be used. Eating fats or oils that are not

digested can cause shortages of fat-soluble vitamins.

Fat soluble vitamins should not be consumed in excess as they are stored in the body and an excess can result in side effects. An

excess of vitamin A may result in irritability, weight loss, dry itchy skin in children and nausea, headache, diarrhea in adults.

Characteristics of the vitamins are:

Most of the vitamins have been artificially synthesized.

Some of vitamins are soluble in water and others are fat-soluble.

Some vitamins are synthesized in the body. Some members of vitamin B complex are synthesized by microorganisms in the intestinal

tract.

Vitamins are partly destroyed and are partly excreted.

Vitamins can be stored in the body to some extent, for example the fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the liver and subcutaneous

tissue.

Vitamins can perform their work in very small quantities. Hence, the total daily requirement is usually very small.

What Fish and Fowl are Good for Food according to Bible?

Many have asked for more specific information on this question after reading Herbert Armstrongs article "Is all Animal Flesh good food?" The Bible itself defines what sea life is good food. "Whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat" (Leviticus 11:9). In verse 10, it is further clarified: "And all that have not fins AND scales in the seas . . . they shall be an abomination unto you."
"But which fish have both fins and scales?" is the question asked by many readers. Two points to remember are that many fish have very small or minute scales, and some have merely patches of scales near the head and the tail fin. In either case, such fish are clean and fit for food.
First, let us name the commonly known unclean fish these are scaleless fish which are not fit for food: catfish, eels, paddlefish, sculpins, sticklebacks, sturgeons, and swordfish. These fish do not have true scales. Together with these creatures are other forms of sea life unfit for human consumption: abalone, clams, crabs, lobsters, oysters, scallops, shrimp, whale.
The complete list of fish fit for human consumption would be too lengthy to enumerate in this column. Only the most important clean fish having BOTH scales and fins can be named. They are: albacore, anchovy, barracuda, bass, black fish, bowfin, buffalo, carp, characin, cod, croaker, darter, flounder, gaby, grayling, haddock, halibut, herring, jack, mackerel, minnow, mooneye, mullet, needlefish, perch, pike, salmon, sardine, shad, silver side, smelt, snapper, sole, sucker, sunfish, surf fish, tarpons, trout, tuna, weakfish, whitefish. If any question arises about other fish consult such books as Field Book of Fresh-Water Fishes by Ray Schrenkeisen which may be found in public libraries.
Some people, who are not competent to judge fish, have thought certain of these clean fish were without scales, but this is not true.
The second part of the question concerns fowl. Which birds are fit for human consumption? The answer is found in Leviticus 11:13-19 and Deuteronomy 14:11-20.
Each of these sections lists specific varieties of birds unfit for human consumption. No clean birds are listed. Only about two dozen unclean birds are listed out of thousands found the world over. These unclean birds illustrate the characteristics of all unclean birds. They fall into types each of which is unclean "after its kind." The question is, how do these unclean birds differ from those known to be clean or fit for human consumption? The characteristics of clean fowl are, of course, determined by the dove and the pigeon (Luke 2:24 and Leviticus 1:14-17) which were anciently used for sacrifice.
By comparing the differences between these clean birds and those listed as unclean, we can arrive at the following six characteristics of clean birds: 1) they must not be birds of prey; 2) they catch food thrown to them in the air, but they bring it to the ground, where they divide it with their bills, if possible, before eating it; whereas unclean birds devour it in the air, or press it with one foot to the ground and tear it with their bills; 3) they must have an elongated middle front toe and a hind toe; 4) they must spread their toes so that three front toes are on one side of a perch and the hind toe on the other side; 5) they must have craws or crops; 6) they must have a gizzard with a double lining which can easily be separated. (Consult articles in Jewish Encyclopaedia under "Poultry," and "Clean and Unclean Animals.")
Clean birds have all these characteristics; unclean birds lack one or more of these characteristics. If a bird lacks any one of these characteristics, it is unclean.
Beside the pigeon and dove, the following birds are clean: chicken, pheasant, quail, partridge, grouse, turkey, all song birds, ducks, geese, swan (the word swan is a mistranslation in the King James Version).
Unclean birds not listed specifically in the Bible are roadrunners, woodpeckers, and the parrot family (which divide their toes so that two are on either side of a perch); aquatic and wading birds and gulls which have no crops or craws, no double lining of gizzards, and often no hind toe or no elongated middle front toe.

When ever your Child takes medicine . . . .

Pls follow the following guidelines whenever you give medicine to your children

The Nemours Foundation suggests talking to your pharmacist whenever your child needs to take medication. Here are the foundation's  instructions:-

1.Store medications in the kitchen or in a closet - never in the bathroom or another area with lots of moisture. Always keep medicines out of your child's reach.
2.Keep medications in their original containers, so you can reference safety instructions and expiration dates.
3.Throw away expired prescriptions, or any that your child has finished taking.
4.Talk to your pharmacist about safe ways to make medication taste better for children.
5.Administer liquid medications with a medication syringe, instead of a spoon.
6.If it says "refrigerate" on the drug your child is taking, be sure to keep it cool while you're on the road.
7.Never combine more than one drug in the same container.

Why Veg? Continues..............

You’ll help reduce famine. About 70 percent of all grain produced in the United States is fed to animals raised for slaughter. The 7 billion livestock animals in the United States consume five times as much grain as is consumed directly by the American population. "If all the grain currently fed to livestock were consumed directly by people, the number of people who could be fed would be nearly 800 million," says David Pimentel, professor of ecology at Cornell University. If the grain were exported, it would boost the US trade balance by $80 billion a year. You’ll spare animals. Many vegetarians give up meat because of their concern for animals. Ten billion animals are slaughtered for human consumption each year. And, unlike the farms of yesteryear where animals roamed freely, today most animals are factory farmed—crammed into cages where they can barely move and fed a diet tainted with pesticides and antibiotics. These animals spend their entire lives in crates or stalls so small that they can’t even turn around. Farmed animals are not protected from cruelty under the law—in fact, the majority of state anticruelty laws specifically exempt farm animals from basic humane protection. You’ll save money. Meat accounts for 10 percent of Americans’ food spending. Eating vegetables, grains and fruits in place of the 200 pounds of beef, chicken and fish each nonvegetarian eats annually would cut individual food bills by an average of $4,000 a year. Your dinner plate will be full of color. Disease-fighting phytochemicals give fruits and vegetables their rich, varied hues. They come in two main classes: carotenoids and anthocyanins. All rich yellow and orange fruits and vegetables—carrots, oranges, sweet potatoes, mangoes, pumpkins, corn—owe their color to carotenoids. Leafy green vegetables also are rich in carotenoids but get their green color from chlorophyll. Red, blue and purple fruits and vegetables—plums, cherries, red bell peppers—contain anthocyanins. Cooking by color is a good way to ensure you’re eating a variety of naturally occurring substances that boost immunity and prevent a range of illnesses. It’s a breeze. It’s almost effortless these days to find great-tasting and good-for-you vegetarian foods, whether you’re strolling the aisles of your local supermarket or walking down the street at lunchtime. If you need inspiration in the kitchen, look no further than the Internet, your favorite bookseller or your local vegetarian society’s newsletter for culinary tips and great recipes. And if you’re eating out, almost any ethnic restaurant will offer vegetarian selections. In a hurry? Most fast food and fast casual restaurants now include healthful and inventive salads, sandwiches and entrées on their menus. So rather than asking yourself why go vegetarian, the real question is: Why haven’t you gone vegetarian?

Why go veg? Chew on these reasons:

You’ll ward off disease. Vegetarian diets are more healthful than the average American diet, particularly in preventing, treating or reversing heart disease and reducing the risk of cancer. A low-fat vegetarian diet is the single most effective way to stop the progression of coronary artery disease or prevent it entirely. Cardiovascular disease kills 1 million Americans annually and is the leading cause of death in the United States. But the mortality rate for cardiovascular disease is lower in vegetarians than in nonvegetarians, says Joel Fuhrman, MD, author of Eat to Live: The Revolutionary Formula for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss. A vegetarian diet is inherently healthful because vegetarians consume no animal fat and less cholesterol and instead consume more fiber and more antioxidant-rich produce—another great reason to listen to Mom and eat your veggies!
You’ll keep your weight down. The standard American diet—high in saturated fats and processed foods and low in plant-based foods and complex carbohydrates—is making us fat and killing us slowly. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and a division of the CDC, the National Center for Health Statistics, 64 percent of adults and 15 percent of children aged 6 to 19 are overweight and are at risk of weight-related ailments including heart disease, stroke and diabetes. A study conducted from 1986 to 1992 by Dean Ornish, MD, president and director of the Preventive Medicine Research Institute in Sausalito, California, found that overweight people who followed a low-fat, vegetarian diet lost an average of 24 pounds in the first year and kept off that weight 5 years later. They lost the weight without counting calories or carbs and without measuring portions or feeling hungry. You’ll live longer. If you switch from the standard American diet to a vegetarian diet, you can add about 13 healthy years to your life, says Michael F. Roizen, MD, author of The RealAge Diet: Make Yourself Younger with What You Eat. "People who consume saturated, four-legged fat have a shorter life span and more disability at the end of their lives. Animal products clog your arteries, zap your energy and slow down your immune system. Meat eaters also experience accelerated cognitive and sexual dysfunction at a younger age."
Want more proof of longevity? Residents of Okinawa, Japan, have the longest life expectancy of any Japanese and likely the longest life expectancy of anyone in the world, according to a 30-year study of more than 600 Okinawan centenarians. Their secret: a low-calorie diet of unrefined complex carbohydrates, fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, and soy.
You’ll build strong bones. When there isn’t enough calcium in the bloodstream, our bodies will leach it from existing bone. The metabolic result is that our skeletons will become porous and lose strength over time. Most health care practitioners recommend that we increase our intake of calcium the way nature intended— through foods. Foods also supply other nutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin D that are necessary for the body to absorb and use calcium.
People who are mildly lactose-intolerant can often enjoy small amounts of dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and lactose-free milk. But if you avoid dairy altogether, you can still get a healthful dose of calcium from dry beans, tofu, soymilk and dark green vegetables such as broccoli, kale, collards and turnip greens.
You’ll reduce your risk of food-borne illnesses. The CDC reports that food-borne illnesses of all kinds account for 76 million illnesses a year, resulting in 325,000 hospitalizations and 5,000 deaths in the United States. According to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), foods rich in protein such as meat, poultry, fish and seafood are frequently involved in food-borne illness outbreaks.
You’ll ease the symptoms of menopause. Many foods contain nutrients beneficial to perimenopausal and menopausal women. Certain foods are rich in phytoestrogens, the plant-based chemical compounds that mimic the behavior of estrogen. Since phytoestrogens can increase and decrease estrogen and progesterone levels, maintaining a balance of them in your diet helps ensure a more comfortable passage through menopause. Soy is by far the most abundant natural source of phytoestrogens, but these compounds also can be found in hundreds
of other foods such as apples, beets, cherries, dates, garlic, olives, plums, raspberries, squash and yams. Because menopause is also associated with weight gain and a slowed metabolism, a low-fat, high-fiber vegetarian diet can help ward off extra pounds.
You’ll have more energy. Good nutrition generates more usable energy—energy to keep pace with the kids, tackle that home improvement project or have better sex more often, Michael F. Roizen, MD, says in The RealAge Diet. Too much fat in your bloodstream means that arteries won’t open properly and that your muscles won’t get enough oxygen. The result? You feel zapped. Balanced vegetarian diets are naturally free of cholesterol-laden, artery-clogging animal products that physically slow us down and keep us hitting the snooze button morning after morning. And because whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables are so high in complex carbohydrates, they supply the body with plenty of energizing fuel.
You’ll be more "regular." Eating a lot of vegetables necessarily means consuming more fiber, which pushes waste out of the body. Meat contains no fiber. People who eat lower on the food chain tend to have fewer instances of constipation, hemorrhoids and diverticulitis.
You’ll help reduce pollution. Some people become vegetarians after realizing the devastation that the meat industry is having on the environment. According to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), chemical and animal waste runoff from factory farms is responsible for more than 173,000 miles of polluted rivers and streams. Runoff from farmlands is one of the greatest threats to water quality today. Agricultural activities that cause pollution include confined animal facilities, plowing, pesticide spraying, irrigation, fertilizing and harvesting.
You’ll avoid toxic chemicals. The EPA estimates that nearly 95 percent of the pesticide residue in the typical American diet comes from meat, fish and dairy products. Fish, in particular, contain carcinogens (PCBs, DDT) and heavy metals (mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium) that can’t be removed through cooking or freezing. Meat and dairy products can also be laced with steroids and hormones, so be sure to read the labels on the dairy products you purchase.

No Change in Structure of Animal Flesh after Cross

The animals whose flesh properly digests and nourishes the human body were so MADE IN THE ORIGINAL CREATION. No change was ever made in the structure of mens bodies at the time of the flood, or at the time of Jesus death, or any other time. Neither did God make some sudden change in the structure of animal flesh, so that what once was unfit for food will now digest properly and supply the bodys needs.
The unclean animals were UNCLEAN BEFORE THE FLOOD.
Notice, before the Flood, Noah took into the ark of the CLEAN animals, to be eaten for food, by SEVENS; but of the unclean, of which he was not to eat during the Flood, by TWOs only enough to preserve their lives. The inference is inescapable that the additional clean animals were taken aboard to be eaten for food while Noah and his family were in the ark.
Prior to the flood, clean animals were usually offered as sacrifices. Those who ate the sacrifices often partook of the animal flesh, but vegetables were the main constituent of diet. After the flood, God gave Noah not merely the green herb vegetables as the major part of diet, but of every type of living creature clean animals, clean fish, clean fowl. (Genesis 9:3 and Leviticus 11).
This verse does not say that every living, breathing creature is clean and fit to eat, but that "as the green herb have I given you all things." God did not give poisonous herbs as food. He gave man the healthful herbs. Man can determine which herbs are healthful, but man cannot by himself determine what flesh foods are harmful. That is why God had to determine for us in His Word which meats are clean. Since the flood, every clean, healthful, nonpoisonous type of animal life is good for food just as God gave us the healthful, nonpoisonous herbs.
This does not give us permission to do as we please!

We Are Eating POISON!

We do not eat all plant that grows out of the ground. Some plants that grow are POISON, not PLANTS for Eating.
But did you know there are many kinds of poisons? Potassium cyanide will kill you very quickly. Some poisons will result in death within a few hours or a few days. But very few seem to know there are other poisons people mistakenly eat as foods which result in premature death after continuous usage for, say, ten, or thirty, or fifty years. The only difference between these poisons we falsely call foods and potassium cyanide is the relative number of minutes, hours, or years it takes to accomplish its mission. Just as every plant that God caused to grow out of the ground was not designed for food, so it is with animal flesh. Some will say, "Well, if swines flesh isnt supposed to be eaten as food, what did God create swine for?" You might as well ask, what did God create weeds and poison vines for? Everything may have been created for a purpose, but not everything for the purpose of eating. Now some believe that in the original Creation in the Garden of Eden God did not intend any animal flesh to be eaten. Gods revelation on that point is vague, and many have argued it both ways. However, God has revealed that certain animal meats are to be eaten as food now, in this age, and Jesus who came to set us an example did eat flesh as well as vegetables and fruits, and so do I.

Did human kind changed after the fall of Human kind?

Certainly mankind had acquired the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden. Adam and Eve’s disobedience, as evidenced by their consumption of the forbidden fruit, was what made God sad. Male and female were originally designed to live forever with God in the Garden. This rebellious act changed man’s relationship to his Creator. But did man’s biochemical makeup also change in the Garden of Eden after the fall? It is interesting to note that most animals have the ability to produce an enzyme that creates vitamin C from sugar molecules in their own body. For this reason, animals don’t experience heart attacks and can live for many years without the attention of a doctor. It is believed that humans also had the ability to make vitamin C at one time, but eventually lost the capacity to make the essential enzyme. Whether eating of the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden had anything to do with this is purely conjecture. But there was obviously some reason why God forbade Adam and Eve from eating the fruit in the middle of Eden. Did the fruit biochemically change mankind forever? Vitamin C may not result in immortality, but a constant supply of vitamin C is likely to lengthen the human life span. Americans consume about 100 milligrams of vitamin C daily. One study conducted at UCLA found 300 milligrams of daily vitamin C, three times the amount provided by the average American diet, can lengthen men’s life span by six years. [Epidemiology 3: 194, 1992] Regardless of biochemistry, man’s rebellion against God’s plan has continued throughout history. The curse of death came upon mankind. The lesson in the Garden of Eden is not about forbidden food, but about defiance and resistance against God.

Healthy ideas for better life

In March 1990, Health and Welfare Canada published its new nutritious recommendations for Canadians which are:
Make your nutrition more enjoyable by variety.
Give the bigger part of your nutrition to cereals, breads and other grain products and also to vegetables and fruits.
Choose more dairy products, meats and more lean foods.Try to obtain and maintain a healthy weight by being active regularly and by eating healthy.Consume salt and caffeine in moderation. With a little imagination, it is possible to improve our nutrition and to vary our daily menus. To feel physically fit and obtain the necessary nutrition for good health, variety is the secret to a balanced diet. We should consume nutrients of every group of the Healthy Food Pyramid each day:
Grain Products: include all kinds of breads, cereals, rice and pasta. They mainly supply Vitamin B Complex and fibre.Fruits and Vegetables are a source of dietary fibre, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.Dairy Products are important for bone development of adolescents and maintenance of bone structure of adults. It contains mostly calcium and protein. Meat and Meat Substitutes are an excellent source of iron and protein. All meats, fish, tofu, legumes and nuts.Fats and refined sugar may be consumed in moderation.
Later on we are going to present to you some healthy menus, balanced according the Healthy Food Pyramid. We also propose ways to convert so called “standard” menus into more health-conscious ones. Our philosophy is that the pleasure of eating well does not have to be complicated!

Honey as an antibiotic

Honey was used in Biblical times as a salve and wound dressing and also to stop diarrhea among children. Modern studies confirm that honey shortens the duration of bacterial diarrhea. [British Medical Journal 290: 1866, 1985] The antibacterial and anti-fungal properties of honey are well documented and have been shown to heal wounds significantly faster than modern antibiotic (ampicillin) ointment. However, some samples of honey may contain spores and must be sterilized prior to application. [Infection 26: 30, 1998] The major antibacterial agent in honey is hydrogen peroxide, which can be acquired at drug stores to cleanse small cuts. [Journal Royal Society Medicine 92: 283-85, 1999] Some types of raw honey have been found to kill Helicobacter pylori, the bacterium that causes gastric ulcers. [Journal Royal Society Medicine 87: 9, 1994] Raw honey has been found to be superior to antiseptics in promoting wound healing. Patients whose wounds were treated with raw honey had a mean hospital stay of 9.4 days compared to 19.9 days among patients treated with antiseptics. [European Journal Medical Research 4: 126-30, 1999] Scientists didn’t confirm the antibacterial properties of honey till 1892. Certain varieties of honey are active against a wide variety of germs, including bugs that cause anthrax, pneumonia, cholera, dysentery, tuberculosis, meningitis, diphtheria, typhoid, even the bacterium that promotes dental caries. [Bee World 73: 5, 1992] The processing of honey, and its exposure to light and heat, reduces its antibacterial properties. [Journal Pharmacy Pharm-acology 43: 817, 1991] The antibacterial agents in honey go beyond the action of hydrogen peroxide to the phenols, flavonoids and other components often found in bee propolis, the resinous material collected from trees which honey bees use to seal their hives. [Bee World 77: 8, 1996] There is renewed interest in the antiseptic and antibiotic properties of honey.

What The Holy Bible says about our Diet???

God's ordained Diet in the begining mentioned in the Holy Bible.
In the beginning before the man-Adam sinned:
GENESIS 1:29 "Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
The following explanation of Genesis 1:29 is given according to foods as we know them today:
EVERY HERB BEARING SEED... (a seed plant which does not develop woody persistent tissue)
GRAINS - cereals like wheat, corn, rye, barley, rice, oats, millet, etc.
SEEDS - sunflower, sesame, flax, pumpkin seeds, etc.
LEGUMES - soybeans, lentils, peas, peanuts, other beans, etc.
SUCCULENT FOODS CONTAINING SEED - eggplant, okra, bell peppers, squash, green beans, pumpkins, cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, etc.
... and EVERY TREE, in the which is THE FRUIT OF A TREE YIELDING SEED ..... (a woody perennial plant, shrub, or bush).
FRUITS - citrus fruits, sweet fruits, palm fruits, etc.
NUTS - almonds, pecans, cashews, brazil, walnuts, etc.
After man sinned, he was driven out of the Garden of Eden, and no longer had access to the wonderful tree of life. Man had to gain his livelihood by tilling the earth, and the "herb of the field" (originally food for the animals) was added to his diet.

Don't after a Meal

1Don't smoke Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
2Don't eat fruits immediately Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
3Don't drink tea Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
4Don't loosen your belt Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
5Don't bathe Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
6Don't walk about People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
7Don't sleep immediately The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
